Sanja specialises in the art of non-surgical facial rejuvenation. With over 15 years’ experience, a Bachelor Degree in Nursing, as well as Diplomas in both Beauty Therapy and Special Effects Makeup – Sanja brings a deep understanding of facial anatomy to her work at Face by SM.
This aesthetic sensibility allows for a more holistic and minimalist approach to cosmetic enhancement – Focusing on highlighting natural beauty using injectable techniques and pairing artistic flair with incredible precision. Sanja always knew that she wanted to use her expertise and imagination to impart confidence within her clients.
Keeping her finger on the pulse of aesthetic medical technology, Sanja provides access to the latest and most advanced treatments and procedures. As a leading industry expert, Sanja has lent her expertise and knowledge at several key panel events, such as Fresh Clinic and Beauty & Spa Insiders - designed for fellow professionals looking to advance their businesses and techniques.

Isabelle Chezzi

After a highly successful career specialising in beauty retail and operations management, and with over 15 years of experience, Isabelle is thrilled to be part of the Face by SM team.
With a deep passion for beauty and facial aesthetics, Isabelle is also a professionally trained make-up artist, completing her Makeup Artistry Diploma from 3 Arts Academy in 2010. Isabelle is delighted by the opportunity to combine her exemplary operational skills with her love for beauty, but most importantly, to provide an exceptional client experience.
Christine Tudehope
Mosman
After training in the UK as a registered nurse, Christine developed the foundations of her skillsets by specialising in burns and plastics. With over four years of experience and working alongside a leading dermatologist, she has gained extensive knowledge in various face, body and wellness treatments.
Christine's passion for skin, facial ageing and general wellness allows her to work with clients from a holistic approach and to create impactful yet natural-looking results. She regularly attends training sessions to ensure she can deliver the most current techniques for luminous results. During your consultation, Christine will ensure to provide a professional opinion and set realistic expectations. She will educate and empower you to make the right decisions for your facial rejuvenation journey.

After working in hospitality and luxury event functions for over 15 years, travelling across Australia and internationally, Christina returned home to a career in office management within the private medical field.
With an avid interest and unmet passion for all things beauty, Christina swiftly moved into FOH roles within the industry to build on her experience. Now, as part of the Face by SM team, Christina plans to continue furthering her career development through study and hands-on training by our leading industry experts. Christina is warm, friendly, easy-going, yet efficient, and has a love for all things aesthetically beautiful.
Melissa Haifa

After studying for a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Salon Management and Advanced Laser, IPL and Dermal Therapy, Melissa is now delighted to be joining the Face by SM team. After working closely alongside Sanja and her team of experts, Melissa soon fell in love with their professionalism and unrivalled technique, but most importantly, their passion for every single client.
Always remaining up-to-date with industry training and practices, Melissa uses her passion, love and extensive knowledge of all things skin to develop thorough and personalised treatment plans - ensuring the best results from each treatment. Part of her incredible service is an educational experience, restoring her clients' skin and confidence and going above and beyond expectations.
Holly Brassington

As a registered Nurse for over six years and after completing a Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing and Injectables via the Australian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS), Holly continues to attend leading industry conferences and training – forever advancing her expertise.
Holly has worked alongside world-renowned plastic surgeons, bringing an incredible wealth of knowledge and skill to the Face by SM team. Holly's experience in theatre and pre and post-operative care is exemplary in that she provides a warm, comforting, trusting, safe space for clients to express concerns and feel supported throughout their treatments.
Holly firmly believes that by improving her client's skin health, she is, in turn, empowering them to feel more confident within themselves– and that is her biggest passion.
Esther Hesse
Mosman
Esther brings a wealth of customer service experience, having spent a decade working in various areas of the fashion industry and the last eight years in fitness, including owning and operating a studio in Bondi.
Esther has a friendly, warm and welcoming nature and is always the ultimate professional in making your experience at Face by SM both comforting and luxurious. Esther is a Mum of two and is currently finishing a Bachelor of Psychological Science. As someone who is incredibly passionate about beauty, wellness and expanding her knowledge within the industry, she is delighted to be joining the Face by SM team.
